The MENTOR program

is the first phase of the BASI® “Legacy” program, Rael’s journey to discover the extreme boundaries of the Pilates Method, a journey to be made together with colleagues and more experienced students. The “Legacy” Program, the highest goal within BASI Pilates, consists of 4 programs in sequence: Mentor, Master I, Master II and Honors. Students of this unique educational experience will become ready to carry the Pilates torch for future generations of students and teachers.

The MENTOR program represents the first and fundamental stage of the “Legacy” path, where teachers enter a deeper dimension of the Pilates method. Therefore, the MENTOR Program is dedicated to more experienced teachers who want to hone their teaching and study skills at the highest levels of the Pilates method. This is a profound and engaging experience, where students learn skills and teachings that Rael has learned working for over four decades at the highest levels of this discipline and has shared with a selection of his Faculty.

The Program introduces the Higher Principles, with the focus on perfecting the teaching methodology and the advanced repertoire. This represents a huge leap from the wide range of comprehensive teacher training programs and requires dedication, persistence, commitment and an open mind to receive new stimuli.
