Pilates for Men with Eduard Botha – BASI Principal Faculty
May 17, 2026
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Pilates for Men workshop explores how to adapt the BASI Pilates method to the most common physical characteristics of men, focusing on strength, mobility, and stability without losing precision and control. The goal is to demonstrate how Pilates can be an extremely effective form of training for bodies that are often stiffer, stronger in superficial muscles, and less accustomed to core awareness work.
The course delves into how to modify exercises, how to prevent injuries, and how to integrate a more athletic approach into the practice, while always maintaining the quality of movement, breathing, and alignment typical of the BASI method.
Cost:
€200 + VAT (€244)
Schedule:
Sunday, May 17
Presented by: Eduard Botha (BASI Principal Faculty)
